Meeting with F.I.G.H.T 3/7/2018 The Event organized by Myself & FIGHT is the first of a series of events to support the families left behind by Incarcerated API’s. The event is called “Letters from Home” and will identify issues and concerns the families are having since being separated from their support system. I will continue to assist and support this issue and help create paths to self sufficiency and success when the persons reenter society and return to their families. F.I.G.H.T “Letters From Home” Event 3/10/2018 Families are broken by separation. Families are trying to protect children from being separated from their Parents. Families are struggling with the rising costs of JPay and staying connected to those incarcerated. Incarcerated Parents want to remain active in their families lives but can not afford to. Families sacrifice to save and travel to the correctional facilities although costs to do so are rising. Civil Rights & Justice, Focus on families with Incarcerated loveed ones and a key focus on incarnated API’s facing deportation.
