Commissioner Dickinson resides in Spokane, Washington. She is the owner of Dickinson Law Firm, PLLC, where she currently works as an attorney and serves as a tribal court appellate court and pro tem judge as well as a pro tem Administrative Law Judge for the Office of Administrative Hearings.  .Prior to this, Ms. Dickinson served as a law clerk in the Western District of Washington U.S. Attorney’s Office, Office of the Washington State Attorney General, and as an attorney other law offices.

Commissioner Dickinson is active in her community and has served as a legal advisor to the Japanese American Citizens League – Spokane Chapter. She has served as a board President on the Northwest Justice Project Board, Spokane Washington Women Lawyers, Spokane County Young Lawyers, and has served on community boards such as Rotary Club 21, and the Martin Luther King Family Outreach Center. She is a Past-President of the Asian Bar Association of Washington and member of the Washington State Minority and Justice Commission. In 2010, she was named a representative to the American Bar Association’s House of Delegates and served for four years.  She remains active in the American Bar Association serving in various capacities. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Washington.
