Attorney General Bob Ferguson today filed a multi-state lawsuit co-led by Washington, New York and Massachusetts, seeking to halt President Donald Trump’s decision to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. In Washington State, DACA has benefited more than 17,800 residents.
Earlier this year, Seattle-based 21 Progress presented to the Commission board about DACA and undocumented Asian and Pacific Islanders in our state.
