This year, the Washington State House and Senate will be observing the Day of Remembrance on Monday, February 19, at 10:00 AM. Please arrive at the South House Gallery by 9:45 AM at the latest. Following the floor resolution, lunch will be served to guests in the House Rules Room in the Legislative building. Please note that Senators will be invited to sit in with the House of Representatives during the observance of the Day of Remembrance Resolution.

Please RSVP to Jin-Ah Kim in Senator Hasegawa’s office by February 5, 2018 to ensure an accurate headcount. In addition, please indicate if you are a World War II veteran so that you can be recognized. More information will be available as the date approaches.
