APA Heritage Month is a time to recognize and celebrate diverse Asian and Pacific Islander cultures.     Next Public Board MeetingJune 18, 2016 City of Wapato, Filipino Community Hall Apply to Serve as a CAPAA Commissioner CAPAA is currently accepting applications for candidates interested in serving on the Commission. Commissioner terms are for three years. As part of their duties, Commissioners are expected to attend CAPAA’s public board meetings that are held five times a year around the state. Lawmakers met in committees to consider legislation and hear public comments on issues such as civil rights, education, health & human services, and economic development.
