- 10/31/2016The Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) plans to release Washington’s Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) Draft Consolidated Plan for public comment in early November. Public comment will be open for 30 days from the date Washington’s plan is released.
